Eva believes Pilates to be the most powerful pathway to overall benefit of both body and mind. She is revolutionising peoples attitude to fitness.

Body-Sculpting
Having spent several years refining her own personal pilates techniques for defining and sculpting the body, Eva incorporates into the classes her famous Wasp Waist Workout.

Our classes incorporate all forms of small equipment on a rotational basis with an emphasis on core stability.

All our personnel are Pilates trained to the highest standard and have many years of experience in the health and fitness industry.

We hold thirty four classes each week at our studio in Glasthule village, Sandycove, South County Dublin.
